Connect Alternative Real Estate Investments

Alternative assets are no longer “alternative”—they’re becoming core to forward-looking portfolios. From senior housing to self-storage, cold storage to data centers, student housing to single-family rentals, capital is flowing into new territory, chasing yield, resilience, and long-term growth.

At Connect Alternative Investments 2027, 300+ top investors, lenders, brokers, owners and developers unpack where the smart money is moving, how deals are getting structured in a higher-rate environment, and what it takes to underwrite success in these non-traditional—but increasingly essential—asset classes.

Expect candid conversations on:

  • How macro trends and demographics are driving demand in alternative sectors
  • The strategies traditional CRE owners are using to pivot into new asset types
  • Financing realities and creative deal structures that are getting transactions done
  • The risks, hurdles, and opportunities shaping tomorrow’s portfolios
