Delivery Instructions
Please submit all creative materials to adsubmission@connectCRE.com and include the following:
- Creative files as an attachment, not embedded
- Please specify the click through link(s) that will be used
- Any other special instructions or pertinent information
Submission Dates
Creative units must be submitted to your Digital Campaign Specialist a minimum of:
- Website Advertising: 3 business days prior to campaign launch for standard creative
- Website Advertising: 5 business days prior to campaign launch for HTML5 creative
- Email Newsletter Advertising: 3 business days prior to campaign launch
Other Creative Guidelines & Specifications
Creative submissions must comply with the following guidelines:
- Submissions must match ad size and conform to specifications outlined herein
- Creative must not include any obscene or otherwise objectionable images
- Creative with a white background must have a minimum 1-pixel border to differentiate ad from editorial content
- Any desktop ads submitted over 40k, tablet ads submitted over 25k, and mobile ads submitted over 15k, run the risk of being read as spam by some email programs
- Connect Media is not responsible for any changes to the ad creative itself. All changes have to be made by the client and resubmitted for trafficking

* Connect offers limited support for animated GIFs on emails. Please note, GIF images do not animate and show only the first frame on Microsoft Outlook 2010 – 2019 and Outlook 365. Please be sure that the first frame displays an appropriate message. To ensure a successful deployment, please supply GIFs at least one week in advance of run date. Connect reserves the right to substitute the animated GIF with a static image showing only the first frame.
